It is mandatory for our Firm to ensure the confidentiality of the information that is delivered to us by our clients as Confidential Information, as well as the personal data provided by our clients. The above, in accordance with the privacy policies and notices of our clients, as well as the provisions of the Industrial Property Law, its Regulations, the Regulatory Law of Article 5 of the Constitution Relating to the Exercise of Professions in the District Federal, as well as in the LFPDPPP and its Regulations.

MOLINA SALGADO, S.C. undertakes to comply with the LFPDPPP and its Regulations in the execution of the activities derived from this service proposal, as well as to process the personal data provided by HRI in accordance with its Privacy Notices and not to transfer said personal data to third parties. , unless HRI has previously authorized it in writing, or unless we have been required to do so by law or a competent authority.
